As a result of its compact sawing cell and flexible telescopic frame, our carpo b dismantling system can be transported cost-efficiently using a 7.5 t HGV. It is delivered ready for use and requires neither a crane nor additional soil protection measures. The fact that the cell is designed for the dismantling of the hanging blade both minimizes the amount of space required around the blade and facilitates efficient offshore blade dismantling.

Developed in cooperation with experienced crane drivers, the clamping mechanism included in our carpo t dismantling system ensures a flush, tight connection to the tower. The sawing unit is remote-controlled from the ground and saws from the inside out – thus reducing the release of dust into the environment by up to 95 %.

Our carpo t tower dismantling system is equipped with a modular sawing unit able to adapt to tower diameters of between 1.60 m and 12.00 m. The use of up to 3 saw blades and the step-by-step cutting of the tower wall make it possible to achieve cutting speeds of up to 7 m/h. Saw maintenance and parts replacement can be carried out conveniently and safely on the ground.
