Thanks to its new sealing concept and a cabin that can be both heated and opened for ventilation, our System aqua allows you to carry out maintenance work when it is raining, or temperatures are particularly low or high – and even under the extreme conditions encountered out at sea. In addition, the integrated lighting system also allows you to extend the working day or carry out maintenance around the clock in shifts – thus enabling you to repair rotor blades throughout the year.

The System aqua features a weather-proof maintenance chamber that shields you from the elements, allowing repairs to be carried out under true workshop conditions.
Equipped with integrated heating and a fully enclosable design, the chamber offers a spacious and comfortable workspace with versatile storage solutions and excellent access to all sides of the rotor blade.

Safety and efficiency

Ready to use.
The System aqua features a segmented telescopic pushing frame that is secured against tipping and automatically assembles and disassembles. This allows the system to be brought into service mode even in the tightest spaces.
Suction cups integrated into the chassis enable safe and precise threading of the rotor blade through the chamber, while also allowing secure storage of the system on even the smallest platforms. Thanks to its stable suspension, System aqua remains safe and reliable to use even at high wind speeds and when working on large turbines.
